These terms are an agreement between you and GeniusApply USA ("we" or "us"). By using our website, our free tools or our service, you agree to them.
1. What we do
GeniusApply USA is a done-for-you job application service. Depending on your plan, we review your resume, set up your profiles on job portals, polish your master resume, find job openings that match your profile, tailor your resume for each opening, submit applications on your behalf, reply to recruiter emails about your applications on your behalf and keep a record of every application in a daily sheet we share with you. We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, and we don't make hiring decisions.
2. Our interview guarantee
We guarantee that you'll receive at least 2 interview invitations within 30 days of the day we send your first application for you. If you receive fewer, we keep applying for you at no extra cost until you've received 2. Continued applications are how we honor this guarantee; it doesn't entitle you to a refund.
- An interview invitation is an invitation from an employer, or a recruiter hiring for one, to a screening call or an interview by phone, video or in person, for a job we applied to for you. It counts whether or not you accept it.
- The guarantee relies on accurate information from you (section 4). If you pause the service, the 30 days pause too.
- We don't guarantee job offers, a salary or a start date. Those depend on employers, the job market and your background.
Apart from this guarantee, figures and examples on our website describe our process and past results, not promises about your search.
3. Free tools
Our ATS resume checker gives an estimate based on how applicant tracking systems commonly work. It runs in your browser and is provided as is, for guidance only. Different employers' systems score resumes differently.
Our job search shows listings from third-party job boards. We don't create these listings, we aren't affiliated with the employers, and we can't guarantee that a listing is accurate, current or still open. Details we detect automatically, such as pay, visa sponsorship mentions and match scores, are estimates. Confirm them with the employer before you apply. If you'd like a listing removed, email us and we'll take it down.
4. Accurate information
You agree to give us accurate, complete and current information, including your work history, education, skills and work authorization. When we tailor your resume, we may emphasize or add skills and keywords from a job posting only where they reflect your real experience. You're responsible for checking your master resume and telling us right away if anything we use is inaccurate, and for the truthfulness of applications submitted with your information.
5. Permission to act for you
You authorize us to submit job applications in your name for roles that fit the targets you set, to create or use accounts in your name on job sites where needed, and to read and reply to emails from employers and recruiters about your job search in the email account you share with us. We use any login details you share only to provide the service and we keep them confidential. You can change your passwords at any time, and we recommend doing so when your service ends.
6. Your part during the search
Keep your phone close, check your daily sheet, tell us when you're available for interviews and attend the interviews you accept. Tell us about changes to your availability, location, targets or work authorization.
7. Fees and payment
We quote each client personally. Your quote sets out the price, what's included and the service period. Payment is due before work starts, and prices are in US dollars. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause the service.
8. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
9. How we contact you
By contacting us or signing up, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, email, phone or text about your service. We only send marketing messages if you've agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
10. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of your resume and personal information, and you give us permission to use them to provide the service. Our website, templates, tools and processes belong to us. We only publish your story, quote or screenshots with your written permission.
11. Acceptable use
Don't use our service to misrepresent your identity, qualifications or work authorization, or for anything unlawful. We may stop working with anyone who does, and work already completed isn't refunded.
12. Liability
Our service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost wages or missed opportunities, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
13. Ending the service
Either of us can end the service at any time. If you end it, the guarantee in section 2 ends with it. Sections 4, 10 and 12 keep applying after the service ends.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and changes apply from that date.
